Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arnold Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Timmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Timmons 's choice of entrance music: Johnny Cash - Hurt. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bill Timmons enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Timmons shoots in and drives through. Palmer sprawls well.
It appears Palmer was looking to counter with a kick there.
Palmer stuffs the takedown attempt from Timmons . Timmons gets slowly back to his feet.
Palmer throws a poor cross that misses
and Timmons counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Palmer.
Palmer moves out of range as Timmons strikes.
Palmer gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Timmons has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Palmer tries to land a front kick but Timmons steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Timmons , as that shot connected.

Timmons looks to land a combination but Palmer avoids it well.

Palmer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Palmer turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Timmons throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Arnold Palmer has been cut.

and Timmons counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Palmer tried to counter with a leg kick but Timmons avoided it.
Palmer takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

It looks like Timmons might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Palmer wants to stand but Timmons is controlling the position.
Palmer preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Palmer misses with a low kick.
Palmer throws a sloppy head kick and Timmons moves out of range easily.
Palmer misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Timmons .

Palmer attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Timmons 's corner calls for a 1-2. Timmons obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Timmons looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Palmer!

Timmons remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Timmons cracks Palmer with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Timmons has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Palmer to stand back up!
Palmer is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Palmer is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Timmons doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Palmer crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Palmer's bad books for that mishap!

Bill Timmons was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
