The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego moves in looking to clinch but Da Silva pushes him off.

Da Silva has managed to clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Diego fails to land.

Diego wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Da Silva has him pressed against the cage.

It looks like Costa Diego has been cut.
Diego tries to break free but Da Silva pushes him back against the cage.
Da Silva throws an elbow that misses.
Da Silva pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Da Silva lands a hook that snaps the head of Diego backwards.
Da Silva lands with a short shot to the head.

Da Silva lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Da Silva misses with an elbow over the top.
Da Silva lands with a light punch inside.

Diego is rocked!
Da Silva pushes off an throws an elbow but Diego leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Diego swings wildly with an uppercut but Da Silva uses good head movement to avoid it.
With the fighters up against the cage, Da Silva throws an elbow but misses.

Da Silva lands a big uppercut and Diego is down! He's in big trouble - Da Silva follows him to the mat!
Diego is still in real trouble! Can Da Silva finish him?
Da Silva passes to full mount!
