Elwood's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Ice Cube - Why We Thugs. Doctor Greenthumb has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jake Elwood's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Elwood.
Elwood dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Greenthumb. That did some damage!
Greenthumb moves out of range of the leg kick from Elwood.
Jab by Elwood.
Greenthumb circles away from the clinch attempt.
Elwood drops Greenthumb with a beautiful combination! Greenthumb stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Elwood is looking for the KO!
It looks like Doctor Greenthumb has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Elwood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Greenthumb.
Elwood swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Greenthumb connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Elwood falls off balance throwing a combination
and as Elwood loses concentration momentarily, Greenthumb counters with a picture perfect head kick! Elwood goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Doctor Greenthumb!
Doctor Greenthumb tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
