Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strapp uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stoppers.

An attempted straight right counter from Stoppers misses the target.
Strapp throws a looping overhand right but Stoppers ducks down to avoid it.
Strapp tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Strapp dives in and grabs Stoppers's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stoppers pushes down on Strapp's head and hops out.
Strapp just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromStoppers.

Stoppers lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stoppers needs to keep his hands up - Strapp had a free shot at his head there.
Oh Stoppers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stoppers loads up on a big right hand but Strapp slips the punch.

Strapp fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stoppers looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Stoppers lands a big head kick that sends Strapp tumbling to the mat! Stoppers takes a step backwards and waves Strapp back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Strapp appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Strapp fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stoppers manages to avoid it.
Strapp bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Stoppers's head.

Strapp is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Stoppers had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

That has opened up Darwin Strapp's cut even more.
Strapp fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Stoppers to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Stoppers looks to clinch but Strapp throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Stoppers taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
