Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shaw Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Montgomery Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shaw Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Montgomery Burns!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Eddie Farnsworth and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Brown throws a poor cross that misses
and Burns connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Brown looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Brown misses with a head kick.
Burns looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Brown thows a left - swing and a miss!
Brown closes the distance and clinches up with Burns, looking for a takedown. Brown pushes Burns against the cage but Burns circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Brown walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Burns staying out of range there.
Shaw Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burns sizes up Brown with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Good shot there by Brown.
Brown will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
It seemed like Burns was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown throws an off balance right hand
and Burns counters with a straight right hand.
Brown throws a lazy right hand but Burns sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Burns gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown.
Brown throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Burns counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Brown misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Brown shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaw Brown. That's going to take a lot out of him.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown throws a nice looking combination but Burns bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Brown misses with a double jab
and Burns connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Brown is breathing heavily.
Burns connects with the punch.
Brown walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Brown is rocked!
Brown gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Burns points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Brown wakes up just in time to hear Burns thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Montgomery Burns!
