The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buitenwesten tries to clinch but Writer is having none of it.
Buitenwesten defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Writer.
Buitenwesten leaves Writer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown attempt by Writer or perhaps it was just good defense by Buitenwesten, which made it look bad.
Writer sets himself, and Buitenwesten steps forward looking for the clinch! Writer avoids it this time.
