Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Willis Joyner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roahn Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Roahn Singh!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singh shoots in but no luck this time.

and Joyner decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Singh's guard.

Singh thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Joyner if he has to take too many more of those.

Joyner is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Singh.

Singh is stalling here. Joyner is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Singh seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Joyner has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Singh is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Joyner is controlling him well.

Joyner is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Singh knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Joyner takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

That was a close second round but I would say that Willis Joyner will probably get the nod.

Singh takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Joyner is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Singh can do to turn this around?

I would just about give that final round to Roahn Singh.
Well Joyner has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
