Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Jafar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Big Baby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jafar jabs at Big Baby's body.
Big Baby misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Big Baby takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Big Baby takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Jafar uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Big Baby has time to react.

and Jafar cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Big Baby fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jafar sprawls well initially but Big Baby persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Big Baby seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jafar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Big Baby is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jafar doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Big Baby.
Big Baby wants to free his trapped foot but Jafar is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Jafar looks like he's trying to stand up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Big Baby is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Big Baby has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jafar tries to kick Big Baby off but Big Baby keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
