Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Steffan Stove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cullen Castrello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steffan Stove! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 4 - 2, fighting out of New York, Cullen Castrello! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stove with a nice cross. Castrello ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stove avoids a kick to the body.
Stove closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Stove lands a slapping body shot.
Castrello tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Castrello has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Stove blocks a jab. Stove swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Castrello throws a looping overhand right but Stove ducks down to avoid it. Stove is looking for a counter combo. Stove with a nice cross. Stove with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Castrello to score with a decent uppercut. Castrello tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stove paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stove appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Stove throws a jab but it's blocked by Castrello. Castrello connects with a body shot. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stove connects with a body shot. Castrello tries to clinch there but Stove circles away.
Castrello is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Castrello throws a looping overhand right but Stove ducks down to avoid it. Stove throws a big counter combination but Castrello scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Castrello. Stove appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Stove tries to keep at a distance but Castrello has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stove tries a body shot but Castrello blocks it.
A short uppercut from Castrello. Stove has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Castrello connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Steffan Stove has been cut. Castrello missing with knees to the body.
Stove misses with a short punch on the inside. A left hand lands to the body for Castrello.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Castrello obliges. A short left from Stove. Stove swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Castrello lands a right hand that snaps the head of Stove backwards. Castrello comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Castrello tries a body shot but Stove blocks it.
Stove's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Castrello tests Stove's chin there with a solid looking shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Castrello throws a half hearted mid kick. Stove scores with the left hand. Castrello knows he should have avoided that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stove shoots in but no luck this time. Castrello throws a nice head kick!
Stove connects with a body shot that sends Castrello's belly button to the back. Stove digs a good hook to Castrello's body.
Cullen Castrello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stove takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Castrello lands a jab to the nose.
Stove is rocked! Castrello closes the distance and clinches. Oh Stove is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Castrello unloads a knee to the mid-section. Stove lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Castrello lands a body shot. Castrello is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Castrello creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Stove! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Castrello.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cullen Castrello! A relieved looking Cullen Castrello thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. The defeated Steffan Stove had this to say: 'Some devil possessions CANT be excorcised...'.
