Carlos Soto is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soto swings widly with a right hand
and Appi counters with a stiff right hand.
Appi lands with a thumping leg kick.
Soto throws an off balance right hand
and Appi counters with a one-two to the body.
Soto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Soto lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

and Appi counters with a good low kick that Soto was not able to check.

We've been informed that Appi has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Appi moves away from the strike by Soto.
Appi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Soto.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Soto flashes Appi a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Appi's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Appi crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Soto punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
