Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between lil dodgy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mackin roe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dodgy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
dodgy has managed to clinch.
dodgy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
roe breaks from the clinch.
roe feints and as dodgy raises his hands in defense, roe changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
roe wants to control from the top but dodgy keeps moving.
roe tries to free his leg and advance position but dodgy is retaining full guard.
dodgy wants to sweep here but roe controlling him for the moment.
roe drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but dodgy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now roe has dodgy in his guard.

dodgy ducks under a wild hook from roe.
roe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

roe closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - roe lands in his opponent's guard.

dodgy looking for a guillotine here but roe defends easily.

roe sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed dodgy's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
roe postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for dodgy to stand up.
dodgy takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

and dodgy counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
roe wants to stand but dodgy is controlling the position.
roe pulls dodgy in close to prevent any damage.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
dodgy with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

That's time! dodgy's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

The fight stays on the outside here - roe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
roe throws a right hand that dodgy ducks under and follows up with a left that dodgy also avoids with ease.

dodgy had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. roe is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. dodgy Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take roe's back instead.
What can roe do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

mackin roe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well roe has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
