Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Sai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremiah Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Sai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeremiah Jenkins! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jenkins gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Jenkins trying to control the position.
Jenkins tries to land a sweep but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jenkins is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins pushes Sai off and scrambles back to his feet.
Jenkins wants to clinch. Sai throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jenkins's waist but Jenkins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sai off to one side. Sai closes the distance and clinches up with Jenkins, looking for a takedown. Sai pushes Jenkins against the cage but Jenkins circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sai shoots in and drives through. Jenkins sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Sai. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Sai closes the distance and clinches up with Jenkins, looking for a takedown. Sai pushes Jenkins against the cage but Jenkins circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Sai misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Jenkins fails with an attempt to clinch.

Jenkins shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Jenkins trying to control but Sai is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jenkins controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sai takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Jenkins throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Jenkins has hold of Sai's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sai manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Jenkins controlling the position easily from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jenkins trying to control but Sai is having none of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jenkins moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Sai has worked his arm free - good work by Sai!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jenkins ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sai moves away. Jenkins tries for a takedown but Sai circles away easily and Sai counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Sai stands up and beckons Jenkins to join him on the feet. Jenkins throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Sai counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sai stands up and waves to Jenkins to follow him. Sai scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins pushes Sai off looking to stand but Sai dives back in and keeps control.
Sai is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Sai stands up from half guard. Sai has his takedown stuffed and Jenkins counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jenkins trying to control from Sai's half guard. Sai has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Sai is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jenkins looking to pass the guard. Sai keeping moving, preventing Jenkins from controlling successfully. Jenkins gets to his feet - Sai follows without any prompting.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sai on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Jenkins throws a combination that misses and Sai counters with a single leg into guard. Jenkins didn't expect that. Sai has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jenkins is proving hard to escape from. Johnny Sai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sai postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Jenkins thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Sai being controlled here momentarily. Sai avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johnny Sai dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Sai misses with a takedown attempt and Jenkins counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Jenkins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jenkins controlling the action here. Jenkins trying to control from Sai's half guard. Sai has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Sai has a closed guard, preventing Jenkins from standing up. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jenkins throws and elbow that misses. Sai uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jenkins's guard. Nice move by Sai! Jenkins is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Jenkins looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jenkins has a closed guard, preventing Sai from standing up. Jenkins wants to stand and escape but Sai is having none of it. Jenkins bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sai's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jenkins wants to stand but Sai is controlling his posture from full guard. Jenkins decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Sai shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Jenkins fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jenkins closes the distance looking to clinch and Sai counters with a single leg into guard. Jenkins didn't expect that. Sai stopping the sweep attempt from Jenkins. Jenkins is pulling down on Sai's head to control his posture. Jenkins trying to control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Jeremiah Jenkins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Jenkins has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
