Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tom Luul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Bateman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Bateman will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luul shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bateman wants to get back to full guard.
Luul takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Luul seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Bateman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Luul is working away from the top position though.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

That was a close round but I would say that Tom Luul will probably get the nod.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Luul takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Luul takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Luul closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
