Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lee Spence (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nguyen Hoang Minh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nguyen Hoang Minh has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lee Spence's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Spence gets a takedown into half guard.

Minh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Spence. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Spence content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Minh has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Spence can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Spence is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Minh doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Spence.

Spence flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Spence connects with a nice short shot to Minh's temple.

Minh is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Spence locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Minh is forced to tap!
