The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Knee.
Knee lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bowman takes a step back to recover.
A chopping leg kick lands by Knee.
Knee throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Nate Bowman has been cut.
Bowman tries to clinch up but Knee circles away and keeps his distance.
Good leg kick by Knee there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Knee throws a nice inside leg kick.
Knee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Right Knee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bowman walks into a left hand.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bowman.

Bowman takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Knee moves out of range as Bowman throws a body kick.
Bowman wants to clinch up but Knee keeps it at a distance.
Good exchange - Knee coming out on top.
Knee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Knee lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Knee throws a good cross that connects.

Bowman moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Bowman is rocked!
Knee feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Bowman collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
