Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Percy Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pout Miletich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Percy Nolan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pout Miletich! The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Ron Honeybunn and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miletich takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nolan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Miletich drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nolan defends it well. Nolan pushing out the jab but it's not landing. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Miletich is defended easily by Nolan. Nolan swinging wildly here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miletich shoots in and gets a takedown into Nolan's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miletich wants to control from the top but Nolan keeps moving. Nolan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Miletich on the ground. Nolan is adopting a defensive guard. Miletich advances position into side control! Nolan is trying to control Miletich's posture but Miletich avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The ground and pound from Miletich seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Miletich tries to advance to mount but can't. Miletich trying to control the action but Nolan is working from the bottom. Miletich thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Miletich wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Nolan, who protects the arm well. Miletich looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Miletich shoots and misses letting Nolan counter with a right hand. Nice sprawl there from Nolan as Miletich shoots in. Percy Nolan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pout Miletich.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miletich takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Miletich drives through with a takedown into guard. Nolan is pulling down on Miletich's head. It's preventing any offense from Miletich, at least for the moment. Nolan keeping moving, preventing Miletich from controlling successfully. Miletich content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Miletich trying to control the position from guard on top but Nolan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miletich preventing the sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pout Miletich dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Nolan ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nolan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Miletich shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nolan sprawls well. Nolan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Miletich gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nolan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miletich circles away quickly and effectively. Nolan misses with the combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nolan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Nolan avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Nolan throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Miletich is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Nolan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Nolan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Miletich's guard. Miletich is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miletich looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Nolan stands and steps away. Miletich gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Nolan gets a takedown into half guard. Nolan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Miletich trying to control from the bottom.
Miletich is refusing to be controlled, as Nolan sits in half guard. Miletich is looking for a sweep. Nolan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Nolan throws a strike but Miletich avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Miletich working for a triangle but Nolan defends it easily.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nolan works over Miletich with some ground and pound from guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miletich throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Nolan's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Nolan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Miletich has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nolan has managed to get both his arms back between Miletich's legs - danger averted. Nolan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Miletich is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Nolan is aware though and is defending well. Nolan lands a couple of digs. Nolan is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Nolan is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nolan stands up from Miletich's guard - Nolan perhaps looking for a knockout. Miletich manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nolan on his heels. He'll look to pass Nolan's guard now, I'm sure. Miletich is breathing heavily. Nolan controlling the position. Miletich wants to control from the top but Nolan keeps moving. Nolan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Miletich wants to pass the guard but Nolan is keeping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Pout Miletich will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Nice defenses there by Miletich. Nolan attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Nolan lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Miletich is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Nolan is defending well. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Miletich. Nolan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Miletich uses from the top position. Nolan is striking off his back. Miletich thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Miletich wants to take a breather but Nolan is having none of it. Miletich is looking for a kimura here.
Nolan is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miletich sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nolan defending well though. Nolan tries to get to full guard but Miletich has control of the leg. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Miletich looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nolan with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Miletich is looking for a kimura here.

Nolan knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Miletich scoring with strikes to the body and head. Miletich trying to mount his opponent but Nolan defends it. Nolan wants to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miletich moves nicely into side control. Miletich decides to stand back up. Nolan is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Nolan drives through with a takedown into Miletich's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Miletich has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Nolan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Miletich has tightened it up now! Nolan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
