Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Bennett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamar Lullard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lullard has chosen Move That Doh as his entrance music. Jamar Lullard told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamar Lullard!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bennett shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lullard napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Lullard is trying to improve his position.

Bennett seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lullard for as long as he can get away with.

Lullard changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bennett fights it off and pushes away nicely.

As Lullard looks to move away, Bennett throws a big counter combo but Lullard just gets out of the way.
Jamar Lullard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Ryan Bennett will probably get the nod.

Lullard's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ryan Bennett.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bennett, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
