Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Edison Colon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fernando Rambo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Edison Colon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Fernando Rambo! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rambo closes the distance and clinches up with Colon, looking for a takedown. Rambo pushes Colon against the cage but Colon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Colon appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Rambo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Colon as he avoids it easily. Rambo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Edison Colon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fernando Rambo. Nice takedown defense from Colon. No joy for Rambo on that attempt. A counter left hand to the body from Colon misses its target. Rambo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Colon swivels and escapes. Rambo clinches. Colon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rambo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Colon as he jumps to the side. Colon changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rambo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Colon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Colon keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Rambo's head. The fighters are working up against the cage. Rambo manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Colon jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rambo walks away with a smile on his face. Colon gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Rambo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Colon counters with a nice double leg into side control. Rambo won't be happy with that. Horrible takedown attempt by Rambo or perhaps it was just good defense by Colon, which made it look bad. Colon darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Rambo kicks Colon off and gets back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rambo wants to clinch.

Colon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fernando Rambo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. And that's the end of the fight! Edison Colon showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Colon, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
