Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Max Wells (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glenn Williamson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Wells! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glenn Williamson! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williamson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Wells closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Wells landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Williamson is trying to drag Wells to the mat but Wells just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Wells is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Wells lands with a right to the head. Wells throws a knee to the head but misses.
Wells wants to get back to striking at distance but Williamson won't allow it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williamson lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williamson is thwarting Wells's attempts to control the position. Wells is in trouble now - Williamson has advanced to mount! Williamson has hold of Wells's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Wells manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williamson is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Wells is forced to tap! Great finish!
