Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helbjorn Fjordsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sendou Kitano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kitano has chosen Yoshida Brothers - Ibuki as his entrance music. Sendou Kitano has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Sendou Kitano!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fjordsson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kitano on the side of the head.
Fjordsson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kitano.
Kitano fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Fjordsson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Fjordsson defending well as Kitano loads up on a big left hand.
Fjordsson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Kitano looks to land a right hand but Fjordsson moved out of range.
Kitano takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Fjordsson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kitano's head.
Fjordsson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kitano's hands.
Kitano throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Kitano is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

and Kitano counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Fjordsson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Kitano swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kitano throws an off balance right hand
and Fjordsson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Fjordsson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fighters circling - Fjordsson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Kitano fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fjordsson manages to avoid it.

and Fjordsson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fjordsson throws the left hand but Kitano avoids the punch easily.

Fjordsson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kitano misses the jab.
Fjordsson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kitano throws a jab but it's blocked by Fjordsson.
Fjordsson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Kitano looks to land a left hand but Fjordsson moved out of range nicely.
Kitano ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kitano doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Fjordsson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
A punch lands to the side of Kitano 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Fjordsson jabbing away but nothing is landing.

It looks like Sendou Kitano has been cut.
Fjordsson slips a straight right by Kitano.
Kitano tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fjordsson was well out of range. Poor timing from Kitano.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fjordsson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kitano is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fjordsson with a body shot.
Kitano steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fjordsson.

Fjordsson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kitano cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fjordsson ducks under a wild hook from Kitano.
Fjordsson throws a looping overhand right but Kitano ducks down to avoid it.
Fjordsson lunges at Kitano with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kitano's hand.
Fjordsson stuns Kitano with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Helbjorn Fjordsson dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Fjordsson is rocked!
Kitano closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Fjordsson out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Sendou Kitano!
Sendou Kitano took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'I really needed this win. I was almost thinking about retirement, but I guess my blades aren't dull yet.'.
