And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roll misses with a body shot.
Joshin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Joshin tries to advance to mount but Roll denies him.
Joshin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Roll, who protects the arm well.
Joshin trying to control the position but Roll is working away.
Roll manages to work his way to half guard, despite Joshin's best efforts.
Joshin is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Roll sees it coming and defends easily.
Joshin passes to full mount!
Roll is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Roll is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Joshin is staying active.
Roll regains half guard.
Joshin is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Roll still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Roll has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Roll happy to just control the position for now.
Roll has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Joshin is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Roll yanks on the arm and Joshin is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Roll.
