Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Won Low (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Petzel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petzel has chosen forever as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Won Low! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexander Petzel! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Petzel has a takedown stuffed. A punch combination from Low misses. No joy there for Low, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Low throws a sloppy head kick and Petzel moves out of range easily. Low swinging wilding here.
Low fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Petzel looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Low darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Petzel missing with punches from the bottom.
Petzel is staying active underneath Low, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Petzel looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Low is trying to work for a kimura but Petzel is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round. Petzel looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Petzel tries to roll over but Low keeps him under control. Petzel trying to hold on to Low's head to control him but Low postures up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Petzel shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Low cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Low feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Low drops back looking for a leg! Petzel is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Petzel manages to kick Low off! Low jumps back into Petzel's guard. Low wants to control from the top but Petzel keeps moving. Petzel working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Low doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Low manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Low controls from within his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Low throwing strikes from guard but Petzel blocks nicely. Petzel working for a triangle but Low defends it easily.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Petzel shoots for a takedown but Low saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Won Low has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alexander Petzel. Petzel on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Low bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Petzel's head backwards. Low drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Petzel tries for a takedown but Low circles away easily and Low counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Low feints and as Petzel raises his hands in defense, Low changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Low goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Petzel tries for a takedown but Low circles away easily and Low counters with a nice double leg into side control. Petzel won't be happy with that. Petzel struggling a bit here. That's four minutes gone in the round. Low lands some shots froms side control. Petzel tries to improve position but can't. Petzel takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Petzel taking punishment in the form of punches.
Petzel manages to get back to half guard. Low has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Low looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Petzel with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Low is working for a kimura but Petzel is defending it quite comfortably.
Low decides to return to a standing position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Low keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Won Low dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Petzel shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Low as he jumps to the side. Petzel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Low lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Low trying to control from the bottom.

Petzel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Petzel drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Low manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Petzel has Low in his guard. Petzel is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Low stands up and waves to Petzel to follow him. Petzel showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Low.
Petzel has his takedown stuffed and Low counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Petzel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Low is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Low is on top in guard.

Won Low overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Low scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Petzel?

Low can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Petzel is looking to escape. Low prevents Petzel from getting the reversal.
And that's the end of the fight! Won Low showed his dominance in that final round. Well Low has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
