Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Volya Nikolaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Bishop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikolaev comes into the arena with Fever blaring out of the sound system. Bishop has chosen Pimps Around The World as his entrance music. Xavier Bishop has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikolaev throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bishop connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Nikolaev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bishop as he avoids it easily.

Nikolaev has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Bishop.

Nikolaev takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nikolaev shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bishop as he jumps to the side.

Volya Nikolaev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bishop throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nikolaev on the side of the head.

Bishop lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Nikolaev falls backwards - clearly groggy! Bishop dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
