Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Delmar Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Bling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Bling is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Delmar Kramer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, King Bling!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Topper Green and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kramer misses with a head kick.

Kramer drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bling is wriggling around but Kramer manages to pass to half guard.


Kramer stands up out of the half guard.

Bling gets caught napping as Kramer dives in and scores a takedown. Bling manages to retain guard.
Bling is trying to control the position but Kramer postures up.
Kramer has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Bling is proving hard to escape from.
Bling thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Kramer engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bling has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Kramer has passed into side control.
Bling is trying to improve his position.
Bling wants to control but Kramer postures up.
Bling pushes Kramer away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kramer gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
You can see the frustration on Bling's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bling tries to escape but Kramer is in control.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Kramer looks to land a combination but Bling avoids it well.
And Bling tries to counter it with a takedown but Kramer pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Kramer connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kramer throws a combination that misses

and Bling counters with a shoot takedown. Kramer fights it but they end up in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bling tries to free his leg and advance position but Kramer is retaining full guard.

Kramer continues to stall.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

and Kramer counters with a shoot takedown. Bling fights it but they end up in guard.
Kramer postures up.
Kramer could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Kramer trying to control but Bling is working from the bottom.

Bling is working an open guard so Kramer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Kramer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bling closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kramer circles away.
Bling looks winded!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kramer shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Kramer showed some decent athleticism there.
Kramer moves nicely into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Delmar Kramer dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Bling tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kramer manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kramer misses with a head kick.
Bling shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kramer as he jumps to the side.

Bling manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Bling has managed to clinch.

Bling has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Kramer clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bling is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Kramer has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Bling is breathing heavily.
Bling not allowing Kramer to control his hands.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kramer is holding onto Bling's left hand, preventing any choke attempts.

Kramer is having to fend off submission attempts from Bling, who is looking to sink in the choke. Bling doesn't have the hooks in though and Kramer manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.
Kramer is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bling can do to turn this around?

Kramer decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Bling gets caught flat footed, as Kramer shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bling wants to improve his position but instead Kramer has moved into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Kramer is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bling doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kramer.
Bling tries to get to full guard but Kramer has control of the leg.
Kramer is taking a breather. Bling says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Bling pushes Kramer off looking to stand but Kramer dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kramer missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Delmar Kramer will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kramer is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Kramer stuffs the takedown.
Kramer went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Bling lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
A slow jab from Kramer misses its intended target.
Bling misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bling takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Kramer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bling.
Kramer wants to slow Bling down by chopping away at his legs.
A big right from Bling misses.
Kramer is looking to counter the offense by Bling and move into the clinch.

Kramer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bling looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Bling is looking to get back to his feet here but Kramer is keeping cool and he's managed to take Bling's back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bling is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Kramer.
Delmar Kramer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
