Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raymundo Mcguire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mark Daniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Mark Daniel will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Raymundo Mcguire!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Mark Daniel!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcguire misses with a wild body shot.
Mcguire takes a swing at Daniel's ribcage but misses.
Mcguire moves into the clinch.
Daniel is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mcguire can't fight it off and eventually Daniel manages to take the fight to the floor. Mcguire looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mcguire has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Daniel is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Mcguire.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Daniel tries for a kimura but Mcguire is defending well.
Mcguire is trying to improve his position.
Daniel has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Mcguire is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Daniel avoids the strikes from the bottom by Mcguire.
Mcguire tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Daniel wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Mcguire managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Daniel.
Daniel misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Daniel happy to just control the position for now.
Mcguire is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Daniel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcguire keeps working.
Mcguire is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Daniel is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Mcguire tries to hold on but Daniel postures up.

Mcguire is looking to improve his position but Daniel isn't that keen on the idea.

Daniel avoids the attempt from Mcguire to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Daniel lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Daniel content just to control the position here.
Mcguire can't escape the position.
Mcguire might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Mcguire is mounted and he's throwing punches. Is that wise?
Mcguire knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Daniel on the ground.
Daniel tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
