Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Harvey Sutton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dean Ollinger! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ollinger slaps away a takedown attempt from Sutton, before circling back to the center of the mat. Ollinger leaves Sutton with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sutton clinches up against the cage. Sutton tries to pull guard but Ollinger won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harvey Sutton. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sutton successfully pulls guard.
Ollinger throwing strikes but missing. Ollinger scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
It looks like Harvey Sutton has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sutton not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Ollinger trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sutton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ollinger doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ollinger manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Ollinger makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Ollinger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sutton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sutton utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ollinger throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Sutton keeping moving, preventing Ollinger from controlling successfully. Ollinger wants to pass the guard but Sutton is keeping the position. Ollinger trying to control the position from guard on top but Sutton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ollinger must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sutton manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ollinger manages to get himself to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ollinger wants to stand up but Sutton is controlling him. Ollinger wants to sweep but no luck. Sutton in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ollinger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sutton distracts Ollinger with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Sutton prevents Ollinger from getting back to his feet. Sutton throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ollinger works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Sutton in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sutton stands up from Ollinger's guard - Sutton perhaps looking for a knockout.

Harvey Sutton's cut is getting worse. Sutton feints and as Ollinger raises his hands in defense, Sutton changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Sutton might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Sutton drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sutton jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Ollinger looking for a sweep. Not yet Ollinger, not yet. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sutton landing with the ground and pound. Sutton trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sutton drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sutton jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Ollinger looking to control but Sutton passes into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sutton is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Ollinger wants to get back to full guard. Ollinger looks winded! Ollinger is still trying to improve position. Sutton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Sutton is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ollinger has managed to free his arm - good work. Sutton is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ollinger is just riding it out for now. Sutton eventually gives up the hold. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sutton looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Ollinger manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sutton on his heels. He'll look to pass Sutton's guard now, I'm sure. Ollinger throws a big elbow that misses. Sutton pushes Ollinger off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Ollinger is looking to clinch but Sutton is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head kick misses from Ollinger. Ollinger tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ollinger bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sutton sneaks back into half guard.

Ollinger loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ollinger trying to move into half guard but instead Sutton has managed to sweep!
Ollinger is breathing heavily. Sutton thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ollinger can do anything to dispel that myth. Sutton working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Ollinger preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sutton postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

The fighters roll with the hold and Ollinger manages to kick Sutton off! Sutton jumps back into Ollinger's guard. Sutton working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Sutton is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ollinger can do to turn this around? Sutton drops back looking for a leg! Ollinger is in trouble here! Sutton is nestled in close to Ollinger, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Sutton is trying to work for a kimura. Ollinger goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Decent striking displayed by Ollinger there. Sutton shoots in for a takedown but Ollinger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ollinger goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Ollinger digs a good hook to Sutton's body.
Ollinger closes the distance and pushes Sutton back into the cage. Ollinger taking a breather. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ollinger breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Sutton is fighting the takedown attempt but Ollinger gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Sutton looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Sutton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ollinger drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sutton dives on top into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sutton scoring with punches to the head and body. Ollinger pushes Sutton off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Sutton throws a shot from downtown. Ollinger moves away and avoids it. Sutton scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Ollinger tries to kick Sutton off in order to stand up. Sutton Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Ollinger is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sutton is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ollinger knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Sutton connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Ollinger some visible discomfort.
Sutton is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ollinger has escaped the position, nice work there. Sutton staying calm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Ollinger is looking for a sweep. Dean Ollinger has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ollinger is trying to control Sutton's posture but Sutton avoids it. Sutton looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Harvey Sutton overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ollinger takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Ollinger tries to escape but Sutton is in control. Harvey Sutton is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Sutton working the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Dean Ollinger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Sutton has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
