Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Santiago Sorias (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sorias has chosen Fight - Future World Music as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nathan Wallace! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Juan Santiago Sorias! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace looks to score with a jab to the body but Sorias is just out of range. Wallace takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A decent looking cross lands there for Wallace.
It looks like Juan Santiago Sorias has been cut. Wallace connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Wallace moves out of range as Sorias throws a body kick.
Wallace jabs Sorias right on the nose. Sorias blinks but takes it well. A telegraphed right hand from Wallace misses the target. Sorias fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Sorias misses with a lunging right hand
and Wallace counters with a right hand to the body. Sorias throws a leg kick but Wallace checks it. Sorias misses with a body kick. Wallace half committed to a counter leg kick. Sorias swings widly with a right hand
enabling Wallace to counter with a crisp jab.
Sorias is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wallace throws a quick inside leg kick. Sorias avoids the body shot from Wallace.
Sorias thows a left - swing and a miss!
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace slips under a jab from Sorias. Juan Santiago Sorias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sorias throws a big shot that misses. Wallace takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Sorias staying out of range there. Sorias checks a low kick from Wallace. Wallace throws a push kick but Sorias slaps the foot to one side. Wallace swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sorias slips a jab and a cross from Wallace.
Wallace does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Wallace catches Sorias with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Wallace misses with a body shot
and Sorias counters with a nice uppercut. Sorias misses with a low kick as Wallace jumps back. Wallace is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Wallace misses with a body shot.
Sorias is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Sorias tried to score with a low kick but Wallace checks it. Wallace throws a body kick that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallace bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sorias's head backwards. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sorias rushes Wallace and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A short uppercut from Wallace. A short right from Sorias. Wallace has a couple of punches blocked by Sorias.
Sorias turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sorias manages to end up in side control. Sorias in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Sorias taking a breather here. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Wallace is trying to get back to his feet. Wallace knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sorias on the ground. Wallace trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Sorias controls the position from side control. Wallace is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Gym Beam, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Sorias is continuing to stall.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace wants to get back to his feet but Sorias is dominant here and he's now got Wallace's back! Sorias looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Wallace trying to get back to his feet but Sorias is in full control for now. Sorias is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Sorias working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Wallace is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Sorias has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Wallace taps out!
