Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gleb Zheglov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tweedle Dum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gleb Zheglov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tweedle Dum's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Gleb Zheglov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tweedle Dum! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dum throws a big shot that misses. Dum throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Dum throws a nice looking combination but Zheglov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Dum's coach down at Rabid Dog was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dum's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Dum is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zheglov. Zheglov cracks Dum with an open hand slap.
It looks like Tweedle Dum has been cut. Zheglov with a hook. Dum steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Zheglov. Dum wants to counter with a clinch but Zheglov pushes him away. Zheglov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Dum will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dum throws a hook but Zheglov avoids it easily. Zheglov looks to land a left hand but Dum moved out of range nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dum paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Dum scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Dum throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Zheglov misses the jab. Dum on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. A big right from Zheglov misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zheglov looks to throw the jab but Dum is out of range. Zheglov lands with a shot to the body. Zheglov waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dum. Dum is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Dum throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Zheglov was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. A slow jab from Zheglov misses its intended target. Zheglov misses with a straight left. Dum throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Zheglov appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Zheglov uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dum.
Dum throws a right hand that misses
letting Zheglov counter with a right hand. Zheglov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dum manages to avoid it. Dum with a nice cross. Zheglov swings widly with a right hand
and Dum counters with a straight right hand. Zheglov missing with a left hand there. Dum was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dum scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Dum slips a jab from Zheglov. Zheglov scores with a hook to the body. Dum takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. This has been an exciting period of action! A slow jab from Zheglov misses its intended target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zheglov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dum. Dum misses with a straight right. Zheglov throws a lazy right hand but Dum sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Dum uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zheglov. Zheglov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Zheglov throws a body shot but no joy. Dum throws a body punch but Zheglov moves out of range. Zheglov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Dum moves away from the strike by Zheglov. Zheglov misses with a wild body shot. Dum feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Zheglovs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Sloppy strikes from Zheglov. Those never looked like landing. Dum's jab looks to have found its range, popping Zheglov under the eye. Zheglov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Zheglov misses with a body shot.
Dum misses the shot to the body. Zheglov is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Dum's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Jab, jab by Dum - just one landing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dum scores with a three punch combo!
Zheglov is rocked! Zheglov throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Dum to counter with a crisp jab. Oh Zheglov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dum drops Zheglov with a naaaaasty hook - Zheglov is in real trouble here! Dum dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tweedle Dum! An out of breath Tweedle Dum thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
