Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Le Monstre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Myres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monstre comes to the cage accompanied by Crucifere by Eths. Le Monstre could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to James Myres's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Le Monstre!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Myres!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myres misses with a series of wild punches.
Monstre tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Myres swivels and escapes.
Myres slips under a jab.
Myres smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Left hook, right uppercut from Myres.
It looks like Le Monstre has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Myres. Those never looked like landing.
Monstre closes the distance and clinches up with Myres, looking for a takedown. Monstre pushes Myres against the cage but Myres circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A punch combination from Monstre misses.
As Monstre backs off Myres throws a huge counter combo but Monstre manages to avoid it all.
Myres lands with an overhand left.
Monstre tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Monstre takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Monstre looks to clinch
and Myres counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Monstre to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Myres!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). James Myres!
James Myres was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
The defeated Le Monstre had this to say: 'C'est bullsheet.... c'est BULLSHEET!!!'.
