Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Auld Bawls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Ruiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bawls comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - Big Balls. The key to victory for Auld Bawls has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Victor Ruiz! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A right-left combo lands from Bawls.
It looks like Victor Ruiz has been cut. Bawls throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
No joy there for Ruiz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ruiz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bawls counters with a two punch combo. Bawls shoots in for a takedown but Ruiz shows good takedown defense. Ruiz is looking to clinch. Bawls swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Bawls misses with a double jab
and Ruiz counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bawls! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Bawls is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Bawls is not content to let Ruiz control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bawls manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ruiz's best efforts. Ruiz is looking for a kimura here.

Ruiz lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Bawls looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Ruiz scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Ruiz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Bawls is looking for a sweep. Ruiz is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ruiz looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bawls with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Ruiz landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Ruiz is trying for a kimura here. Bawls looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Ruiz wins by kimura!
