Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moussa Seck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Norwalk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moussa Seck has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Moussa Seck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bryan Norwalk!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Norwalk shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Seck napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Norwalk grinds an elbow into Seck's temple.
Norwalk in side control lands a decent elbow.
Norwalk working the head and body with strikes.
Seck is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Norwalk missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Norwalk throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Seck is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Norwalk is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Seck is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Norwalk scores with a couple of nice shots.
Norwalk slips a nice elbow through Seck's hands, connecting with Seck's forehead.
Seck keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Norwalk looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Seck with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Norwalk winds up and cracks Seck with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Norwalk seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Seck has hold of Norwalk's hands but Norwalk slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Norwalk is nestled in close to Seck, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Oh Seck is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Norwalk looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Seck seems to have got his legs back now.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Norwalk takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Seck regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Norwalk.
Seck can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Norwalk controls the pace.
Norwalk wants to control from the top but Seck keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Norwalk accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Norwalk must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Norwalk lands a couple of elbows.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Norwalk's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Norwalk stands up over Seck, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Norwalk trying to control but Seck is working from the bottom.
Norwalk tries to free his leg and advance position but Seck is retaining full guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Norwalk's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Seck controls Norwalk momentarily but Norwalk frees himself.
Norwalk scoring with punches to the head and body.
Norwalk stops Seck from standing up.
Norwalk looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Norwalk closes the distance and clinches.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Norwalk drops down looking for an ankle pick but Seck pulls his leg out and moves away.
Seck misses with a takedown

and Norwalk counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Norwalk trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Norwalk controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Norwalk cracks Seck with a solid left hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bryan Norwalk dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Norwalk feints and as Seck raises his hands in defense, Norwalk changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Norwalk postures up and lands a big shot to Seck's brow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Norwalk scoring with punches to the head and body.
Norwalk makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Norwalk trying to control but Seck is working from the bottom.

Seck had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Norwalk defends it easily.
Norwalk throws a strike but Seck rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Norwalk can do anything to dispel that myth.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seck trying to control the position from guard on top but Norwalk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Norwalk is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Seck is controlling him.

Norwalk kicks Seck off and gets to his feet.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Norwalk.
Norwalk working the head and body with strikes.
Norwalk scores with a couple of short elbows.
Norwalk has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Seck is working to avoid the ground and pound but Norwalk connects with a decent elbow.
Seck takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Seck is not content to let Norwalk control the position.
Norwalk looks up at the clock and then as Seck takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Norwalk smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Seck is letting Norwalk control him for a moment.
Norwalk is looking to take a break and control but Seck is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Norwalk lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Seck down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Norwalk cracks Seck with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Norwalk immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Seck is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Norwalk!
