Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Modus Ponens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andy Hug! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Modus Ponens! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hug tries a head kick but it misses.
Ponens wants to counter the offense by Hug and move into the clinch position. Ponens lands an overhand right. Ponens lands a jab to Hug's midsection. Hug throws a head kick but Ponens moves out of range.
Ponens takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Modus Ponens has been cut. Hug throws a series of punches but Ponens moves out of range. Andy Hug seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ponens scores with a jab to the jaw. Hug tries to move into range but Ponens moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Ponens lands a right hook to the body.
Hug takes a shot right to the bread basket. This has been an exciting period of action! Hug tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ponens scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Hug misses with a two punch combination.
It seemed like Ponens was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Ponens moves into the clinch. Hug wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Hug wants to get back to striking at distance but Ponens won't allow it.
Ponens lands a shot to the body. A short body shot lands from Ponens as the two fighters clinch.
Hug is breathing heavily. Ponens working some nice short punches in the clinch. Hug wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ponens lands an elbow that stopped Hug in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Andy Hug has been cut. Ponens lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Ponens gets through Hug's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. A body shot lands from Ponens.
Still in the clinch, Ponens scores with a nice short uppercut.
Hug is rocked! Ponens has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hug regains guard immediately. Hug is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Ponens dives into side control.
Ponens working the ground and pound. Oh Hug is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ponens in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Hug looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Ponens turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Modus Ponens! A less than humble Modus Ponens misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
