Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greg Whales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demetryos Mota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Greg Whales has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Greg Whales! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Demetryos Mota! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whales scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Whales lands a nice shot to the body.
Mota will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mota tries for a takedown but Whales sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mota doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Whales throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mota tries a head kick but it misses.
Whales misses with a head kick.
Mota shoots in and drives through. Whales sprawls well. Greg Whales has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demetryos Mota. Whales misses with a few strikes there.
Mota gets a clinch. Whales lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Whales stops a takedown attempt from Mota.
Mota looks gassed! Mota manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Mota wriggles free and stands up. Mota blocks a head kick by Whales.
Mota takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Mota avoids the head kick by Whales.
Mota moves out of range of the body kick from Whales.
Mota shoots for a takedown but Whales saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mota checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Whales scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Whales stuns Mota with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Greg Whales seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mota takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whales keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Mota looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Whales fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Whales looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Mota lands with a slapping head kick. Mota tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Whales swivels and escapes. Mota avoids the head kick by Whales.
Whales lands a nice shot to the body.
Mota takes the fight into the clinch. Mota blocks an uppercut.
Mota jumps guard and drags Whales to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Whales has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Mota to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Whales is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Mota pulls down on the head and he's put Whales to sleep! This one is all over!
