Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Randy Springs!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenili keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Springs.
Springs throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Randy Springs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Springs jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A quick step to the side and Fenili tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Springs throws a big shot that misses.
Fenili throws a quick counter head kick but Springs was just out of range.
Springs feints a jab promting Fenili to slip. Springs then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fenili slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Fenili lands with a nice body punch.
Fenili throws a head kick that misses.
Fenili throws a head kick that Springs semi-blocks.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Springs misses with a few strikes there.
Fenili throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fenili really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Springs throws a big shot that misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Springs fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fenili manages to avoid it.
Springs scores with a hook to the body. Fenili takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Springs misses with an uppercut.
Fenili moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Springs misses the shot to the body.
Springs swings for the body but Fenili moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Fenili.

Fenili scores with a head kick. Springs tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.


It looks like Randy Springs has been cut.
Fenili drops his hands momentarily and Springs takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Springs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fenili.
Fenili tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Springs paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Fenili scores with a kick to the midsection.
Fenili ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Springs moves away.
A shot to the liver by Springs. Beautiful body shot.
Nice shot lands for Springs.
Fenili is breathing heavily.
Fenili just misses with a punch to the body.
Springs doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Springs throws an overhand right that lands on Fenili's shoulder, as Fenili tries to avoid the shot.
Fenili scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Springs works the jab nicely.
Fenili ducks under a wild hook from Springs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Springs scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Fenili walks into a straight right hand from Springs.
Fenili uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Springs.
Springs avoids the head kick by Fenili.

Springs throws a leg kick but Fenili moved away.
Springs lands a jab to Fenili's midsection.
Fenili uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Springs.
Springs scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Fenili doesn't seem bothered though.
Springs lands a body shot.
Springs lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fenili at a distance.
Fenili on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Springs jabs at Fenili's body.
Springs connects with a body shot that sends Fenili's belly button to the back.
Nice straight punches there by Springs. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Springs.
Springs pivots, looking for a leg kick but Fenili is out of range and Springs settles back down.
Springs cracks Fenili with a right hand to the side of the head.
Springs scores with a hook.


Fenili is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Springs has cracked Fenili with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Springs lands another huge swinging hook and Fenili tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Fenili, before Springs can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Randy Springs!
After the fight, Randy Springs was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
