Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denton Daley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Daley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Heathens- Twenty One Pilots. Borg has chosen Willst du mit mir tanzen as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Borg!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Columbo Gatti and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daley pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Borg throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Daley tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Borg is in Daley's guard.
Daley is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Daley keeping full guard, as Borg tries to pass.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Daley is looking to stand up but Borg isn't so interested in that idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Borg lands a couple of digs.

Daley has his feet on Borg's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Borg goes for a double leg but Daley avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Daley continues to drive forward.

Borg drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Daley is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Daley trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Daley bucks up and tries to throw Borg off but instead Borg has got his back!
Borg lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.

Daley is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet.
Daley lands with a slapping head kick.
Daley misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Borg counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Borg shoots in for a takedown but Daley shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Borg uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Daley.
Daley throws a head kick that misses.

Borg gets the takedown into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Daley is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Borg has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Borg wants to lay and pray for a moment but Daley keeps working.
Borg advances nicely into full mount.
Borg working the ground and pound effectively.

It looks like Denton Daley has been cut.
Daley squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Borg is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Daley can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Borg connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Borg lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Daley hang on?

Denton Daley's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Denton Daley's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
