Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rick James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Belcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James comes to the cage accompanied by I Love the Cocaine. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rick James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jake Belcher! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. James cracks a nice hook into Belcher's ribs. Belcher throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Belcher keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
James misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Belcher on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. James with a hook. Belcher takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Jake Belcher has been cut. James lands a slapping body shot.
James lands with an uppercut that bounces Belcher off the cage and back into range. James lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. James misses with a body shot.
James has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Skulls house of pain in the buildup to the fight. A telegraphed right hand from James misses the target. James punishes Belcher's body with a nice straight punch. A lazy left from James finds it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. James throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. James uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Belcher. Belcher on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. James lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Belcher is rocked! Belcher walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from James! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rick James! Rick James decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
