The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva Santos misses with a double jab
and Slaughter moves into the clinch.
Slaughter goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Slaughter misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Silva Santos has Slaughter pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Slaughter manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Slaughter is pushing Silva Santos up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Silva Santos throws a series of punches but Slaughter avoids them all with ease.
It looked like Slaughter was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Silva Santos.

Slaughter sends Silva Santos crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Slaughter is motioning to the referee to let Silva Santos up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Eduardo Silva Santos has been cut.

Slaughter jabs Silva Santos to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Silva Santos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Slaughter.
Silva Santos tries to counter by closing the distance.
Slaughter circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Silva Santos tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Slaughter wins by KO!
