Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul Evans is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Paul Evans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brock Coleman! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Evans napping and manages to drive through into side control! Evans gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Evans is trying to stand up here but Coleman is controlling him well. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Coleman lands a nice short elbow. Evans moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Evans trying to control the position.
Coleman lands a couple of decent looking shots. Coleman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Coleman is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Coleman throwing strikes but missing. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Evans holds on and takes a little breather. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman stands up over Evans, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Coleman working some strikes from top position. Coleman postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Coleman loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coleman won't allow Evans to get back to his feet. Evans working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Coleman. Evans looking for a sweep. Not yet Evans, not yet. Coleman throws an elbow that misses. Evans uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Coleman's guard. Nice move by Evans! Evans wants to pass the guard but Coleman is keeping the position. Evans throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Evans engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Evans has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Evans looking to pass the guard. Evans is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Evans closes the distance and clinches. Evans displaying some good clinch control by pressing Coleman up against the cage. Coleman avoids the elbow strike from Evans, against the cage.
Evans looks to throw an elbow but misses. Coleman wants a takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Coleman is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Evans is defending well. Evans is trying to trip Coleman. He has hold of a leg but Coleman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Evans persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Evans is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Coleman can't keep his opponent in guard - Evans advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Coleman wants to get back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Evans missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Evans dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Coleman slaps away a takedown attempt from Evans, before circling back to the center of the mat. Coleman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Evans's guard. Coleman landing with the ground and pound. Evans preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Evans is on top in guard.
Coleman avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Coleman has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Evans has passed into side control.
Evans tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Evans working the ground and pound. Evans is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Coleman's shoulder. That is not cool. Coleman wants to get back to his feet but Evans drags him back down. Evans in side control, just content to control the action for now. Evans advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Evans working Coleman over with strikes here. Evans with a couple of short strikes. Evans controlling the pace for now. Evans looking to secure an arm triangle but Coleman defends it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Evans connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Evans gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Coleman dives in and grabs Evans's left leg, looking for a takedown. Evans pushes down on Coleman's head and hops out. Coleman is breathing heavily. Evans drives through with a takedown into Coleman's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Evans tries to stand but Coleman is controlling from the bottom. Evans not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Evans wants to stand but Coleman has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Evans stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coleman swivels though and keeps the full guard. Evans wanted to stand there but Coleman had control of the position. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Evans passes Coleman's right leg, so he's now in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Evans dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Evans shoots in and bounces Coleman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Evans would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Coleman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Evans is one step ahead there. Evans seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Evans gets a double leg takedown into Coleman's guard. Coleman wriggles free and stands up.

Coleman takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Evans not landing any meaningful shots this time. Evans uses his free foot to push down on Coleman's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Coleman. This has been an exciting period of action! Coleman can't escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Evans is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Coleman to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Coleman shrugs it off. Evans wants to stand but Coleman is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Coleman is bucking up trying to escape but Evans cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Evans working for a guillotine from mount but Coleman is in no mood to give up. Evans breaks from Coleman's wrist control and lands an elbow. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Coleman can do anything to dispel that myth. Coleman wants to try and get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Evans controlling the position easily from mount. Evans swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
