Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deait Shaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lonje Moco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lonje Moco has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Deait Shaw! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
27 - 43 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lonje Moco! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shaw dives in and grabs Moco's left leg, looking for a takedown. Moco pushes down on Shaw's head and hops out. Moco looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Shaw keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Shaw moves out of range as Moco strikes. Moco clinches up against the cage. Shaw is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Moco is keeping busy. Moco can't find room to land a body shot as Shaw controls the action.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shaw looking to stall.
Shaw is trying to maintain a safe position but Moco gets an underhook and turns Shaw into the cage. Moco blocks a body shot from Shaw. Shaw tries to land knees in the clinch but Moco avoids the damage to the body.

Shaw is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Maybe Shaw would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Deait Shaw. Shaw defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Moco. Shaw swinging wildly here.
Shaw looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Moco is fending him off so far but Shaw persists. Nope, Moco circles away and we're back to standing. A momentary lapse in concentration from Moco enables Shaw to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Moco manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Shaw throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shaw postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Moco pulls Shaw in to control the position. Shaw might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Shaw chips away with some ground and pound. Shaw missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Shaw postures up and lands a big shot to Moco's brow. Moco avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. A looping hook to the body misses from Shaw. Moco does a little dance to reset his feet. Shaw gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Shaw has been working on his balance at Cozad The Island, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Moco. Moco drops down looking for an ankle pick but Shaw pulls his leg out and moves away.
Deait Shaw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lonje Moco. Shaw tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Moco defends well and Shaw ends up having to push Moco into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Moco defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Shaw. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Moco shoots for a double leg takedown but Shaw sprawls well. He's pushed Moco's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Shaw tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Moco defends well and Shaw ends up having to push Moco into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Moco wants to counter the offense by Shaw and move into the clinch position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Oh no, disaster for Moco there! Shaw goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Moco turns into him and now he's in Shaw's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moco is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Shaw has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Moco is looking to defend but Shaw has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Moco! Shaw pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Moco taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Deait Shaw! Deait Shaw very nearly forgot to thank Sully's Bar & Grill amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
