Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Juan Yang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason ReConnor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juan Yang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason ReConnor!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ReConnor has a takedown stuffed.
Yang doesn't manage to clinch there - ReConnor circles away.
Yang tries to clinch but ReConnor is having none of it.
ReConnor is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
ReConnor shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Yang's guard.
ReConnor stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yang swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
ReConnor stands up over Yang, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
It looks like Juan Yang has been cut.
Yang throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Yang controls ReConnor momentarily but ReConnor frees himself.
ReConnor working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
ReConnor makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Juan Yang's cut is getting worse.
ReConnor throws a big elbow that misses.
Yang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for ReConnor on the ground.
ReConnor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and ReConnor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
ReConnor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
ReConnor arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Yang's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jason ReConnor!
