Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Samwell Tarly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcie Campbell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marcie Campbell struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marcie Campbell!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Campbell wants to clinch.
Tarly tests Campbell's chin there with a solid looking shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tarly takes the fight into the clinch.
Tarly lands a right hand that snaps the head of Campbell backwards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Tarly.
Tarly lands with a short shot to the head.
Campbell wants a takedown.
Campbell tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Samwell Tarly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcie Campbell.
A nice left hand lands by Tarly.
Campbell looks winded!
Tarly lands an uppercut.
Tarly keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Campbell's efforts to push away.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Tarly creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Tarly works on Campbell's body with a couple of short punches.

Tarly will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Campbell up against the cage.

Tarly looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Tarly lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Campbell backwards.
Campbell is rocked!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Campbell is still on wobbly legs! Can Tarly finish him?
Tarly lands a body punch in the clinch.
Tarly creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Campbell with a big uppercut! Campbell tries to clinch up but Tarly pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Campbell to the mat! Campbell covers up and Tarly unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Samwell Tarly!
