Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Malcom Gibbons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jhonny Pickle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gibbons comes into the arena with Forever blaring out of the sound system. Pickle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Gibbons dodges the punch combination from Pickle.
Pickle throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pickle misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gibbons doesn't manage to clinch there - Pickle circles away.

Gibbons changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pickle tries to avoid it but Gibbons manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pickle to the ground. Pickle escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gibbons is breathing heavily.
Pickle throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gibbons sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pickle throws a series of punches but Gibbons avoids them all with ease.
Pickle tries to close the distance and clinch but Gibbons swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gibbons circles away from the clinch attempt
and Gibbons counters with a left and a right that stings Pickle.
Pickle looks to land a left hand but Gibbons moved out of range nicely.
Pickle works Gibbons's body with a nice hook.
Pickle misses with a wild combination.
Gibbons looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Gibbons tries to keep at a distance but Pickle has taken the fight into the clinch.

Pickle closes the distance but Gibbons moves to the side
and Gibbons counters with a one-two to the body.
Pickle drives through and clinches with Gibbons against the cage.

Pickle scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Pickle seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gibbons does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Pickle decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Pickle drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Pickle has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Gibbons is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pickle yanks on the arm and Gibbons is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pickle.
