Raizor scores with a leg kick.
Swanson looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Swanson throws a strike but Raizor rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Swanson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Swanson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Raizor looks a forlorn figure.
It looks like Kai Raizor has been cut.
Swanson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Raizor can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Swanson lands a big shot there that rocks Raizor but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Swanson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Raizor is rocked!
Kai Raizor's cut is getting worse.
Swanson lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Oh Raizor is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jeez, Kai Raizor's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Swanson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Raizor is on top in guard.
Raizor seems to have got his legs back now.
Swanson is striking from the bottom but Raizor uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Swanson moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Swanson throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Raizor avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Swanson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Raizor escapes and throws Swanson's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Swanson looks gassed!
Raizor wants to stand but Swanson has his arm trapped.
Swanson is looking to reverse the position.
Swanson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Raizor off and has taken his back!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Swanson scores with punches to the body.
Swanson is throwing shots to the body but Raizor manages to wriggle free. Swanson pounces on him again and ends up in Raizor's guard.

Swanson connects with a couple of short punches.
Swanson trying to control the position from guard on top but Raizor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Raizor avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Swanson wants to pass the guard but Raizor is keeping the position.

Raizor is looking to stand up but Swanson isn't so interested in that idea.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Raizor wants to clinch up but Swanson keeps it at a distance.

Swanson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Swanson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Raizor manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Swanson has Raizor in his guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Swanson can do anything to dispel that myth.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Raizor is looking to stand up but Swanson won't let him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joe Swanson dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kai Raizor's cut.
That's time! Raizor's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Raizor misses with a low kick.
Swanson clinches.
Raizor tries to land knees in the clinch but Swanson avoids the damage to the body.
Raizor throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Swanson blocks it with crossed arms.

Raizor wants to break free but Swanson has control.
Swanson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Raizor regains guard immediately.

Swanson chips away with some ground and pound.
Swanson passes Raizor's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Swanson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Swanson is nestled in close to Raizor, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kai Raizor's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
