Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Axe Xolo!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksandr Martynov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xolo needs to keep his hands up - MacManus had a free shot at his head there.
Xolo closes this distance looking for a takedown but MacManus circles away.
MacManus clinches with his opponent.
Xolo is trying to pull guard but MacManus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
MacManus manages to break the clinch.
Xolo takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
MacManus throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
MacManus plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
MacManus moves into the clinch.
MacManus keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Xolo's efforts to push away.
MacManus tries to land knees in the clinch but Xolo avoids the damage to the body.
MacManus lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Xolo fails to pull guard.
Murphy MacManus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Axe Xolo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
MacManus lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Xolo.
The referee calls for MacManus to work.
MacManus gets through Xolo's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Still in the clinch, MacManus scores with a nice short uppercut.
Xolo has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. MacManus seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Xolo can turn it around.

MacManus seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Murphy MacManus.
MacManus looks to land a body kick but Xolo moved away.
Murphy MacManus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Xolo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says MacManus as he avoids it easily.
MacManus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Xolo.

MacManus lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
MacManus thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Xolo if he has to take too many more of those.

Xolo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts MacManus as he jumps to the side.
A slapping leg kick lands for MacManus.
MacManus definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A chopping leg kick lands by MacManus.
MacManus shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Xolo eats them both and turns towards MacManus to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from MacManus. Xolo shrugs it off though.
MacManus throws a series of strikes that have Xolo backpedaling.
Xolo is rocked!
MacManus lands a big right hook! Xolo looks hurt but is still standing! MacManus lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Xolo falls down and MacManus dives in with a huge hammer fist! Xolo's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and MacManus runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Murphy MacManus!
