The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McSmokesalot lands with a nice body punch.
McSmokesalot walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Nassar throws a hook but McSmokesalot blocks it.
Nassar misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nassar throws a nice looking combination but McSmokesalot bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Nassar throws a hook to the side of McSmokesalot's head but McSmokesalot sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

McSmokesalot feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
McSmokesalot stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nassar swivels though and keeps the full guard.

McSmokesalot drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and McSmokesalot jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
