Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ignacio Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jessy Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ignacio Alexander! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jessy Hernandez! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hernandez jabs Alexander right on the nose. Alexander blinks but takes it well. Hernandez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Alexander sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hernandez somewhat. Hernandez is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Hernandez shoots in looking for a takedown but Alexander manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hernandez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Alexander appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Alexander fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Hernandez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hernandez tightens his grip and picks Alexander up, before dumping him to the ground. Alexander manages to land in guard. Hernandez looking to pass the guard. Hernandez wants to get up but he can't break Alexander's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Alexander can't keep his opponent in guard - Hernandez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Alexander tries to kick Hernandez off but Hernandez keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alexander keeping control of the position. Hernandez thows a huge punch but Alexander dodges it nicely.
Hernandez takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Hernandez decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Hernandez darts in and clinches Alexander up against the cage. Alexander tries a body shot but Hernandez blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Alexander goes for a takedown attempt but Hernandez pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Hernandez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hernandez wants it to stay on the feet. Hernandez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Alexander napping and manages to drive through into side control! Alexander struggling a bit here. Alexander controls the position for a moment. Hernandez is working to tighten his grip on Alexander's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Alexander has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hernandez is really squeezing tight and eventually Alexander passes out! Hernandez breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
