Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Orlando Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Leeroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bruce Leeroy!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leeroy looks to land a combination but Gonzales avoids it well.

Leeroy has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gonzales is working away from the top position though.

Gonzales looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Leeroy with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Leeroy is pulling down on Gonzales's head. It's preventing any offense from Gonzales, at least for the moment.
