Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Percy Nolan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Darius Henderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clee tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nolan defends well and Clee ends up having to push Nolan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Clee shoots in for a takedown but Nolan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Clee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nolan attempts a counter takedown but Clee avoids it well and moves away.
Nolan stuffs the takedown.
Percy Nolan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamielee Clee.
Clee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Clee shoots for a double leg takedown but Nolan sprawls well. He's pushed Clee's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
As Clee backs away, Nolan returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Nolan sprawls well. Nolan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Clee gets slowly back to his feet.

and Nolan counters with a left and a right that stings Clee.
Clee dives in and grabs Nolan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nolan pushes down on Clee's head and hops out.
Nolan gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Clee tries to work over Nolan's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Clee has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Nolan is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Nolan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Clee after a bit of a struggle.
Clee tries to stall but Nolan uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Clee tries to land knees in the clinch but Nolan avoids the damage to the body.
Nolan gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Clee regains guard.

Nolan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Clee's head.
Nolan distracts Clee with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Nolan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Nolan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Clee works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Nolan decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Nolan manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Clee on his heels. He'll look to pass Clee's guard now, I'm sure.
Clee is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Nolan dives into side control.
Nolan misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Nolan decides to stand back up. Nolan steps back and let's Clee get back to his feet.

Clee on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Nolan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Clee defends it nicely.
Nolan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Clee, pushing him back against the cage.
Nolan lands an elbow that stopped Clee in his tracks for a moment.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Clee tries to circle away but Nolan has him pinned against the cage.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Nolan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Clee!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nolan looks up at the clock and then as Clee takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Nolan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Nolan stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Clee misses with a series of wild punches.
Clee darts in trying to clinch
and Nolan counters with a good low kick that Clee was not able to check.

and Nolan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Nolan counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Nolan.

A solid leg kick lands there for Nolan.

Clee tries to sprawl but Nolan drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Nolan is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Clee can do to turn this around?
Clee has hold of Nolan's hands but Nolan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Clee wants to break the clinch but can't.
Nolan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Clee uses from the top position.
Clee looking to sit in guard and control but Nolan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well Nolan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
