Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Domagoj Glavas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Aaron Manutz!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Manutz. Those never looked like landing.
Glavas turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Glavas fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Glavas scoring well with a low kick there.
Manutz tries a head kick but it misses.
Manutz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Glavas can pounce on him.
Manutz misses with a shot to the body
and Glavas makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Manutz really felt that one!
Glavas has taken the fight to the clinch.
Glavas goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Glavas throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Manutzs head.
Glavas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Manutz walks away with a smile on his face. Glavas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A nice inside leg kick there by Glavas. That's going to slow Manutz down.
Glavas clinches up with Manutz and pushes him back against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Glavas tries to pull guard but Manutz won't allow it.
Glavas is trying to pull guard but Manutz turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Domagoj Glavas. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Glavas lands a body punch in the clinch.
Glavas fails to pull guard.
A left hand lands to the body for Glavas.
Manutz lands a takedown into guard.
Manutz trying to stand up but can't free himself from Glavas's guard.
Glavas is looking to cinch up a triangle. Manutz throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Glavas's body to avoid the submission. Glavas has instead reached around Manutz's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Glavas arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Domagoj Glavas!
After winning the bout, Domagoj Glavas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Aaron Manutz stepped up to the mic, saying 'This is the end. I will retire in shame...goodbye world....'.
