Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aimo Pamaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dustin Davidson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davidson has chosen August Burns Red - Meridian as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Aimo Pamaus has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Aimo Pamaus seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Pamaus swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Davidson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pamaus. Pamaus obviously looking to wear him down.
A telegraphed right hand from Pamaus misses the target.
Pamaus looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Davidson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pamaus lands with a shot to the body.
Pamaus cracks Davidson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Pamaus swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Davidson.
Pamaus throws a body punch but Davidson moves out of range.
Davidson wants to counter the offense by Pamaus and move into the clinch position.
Davidson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pamaus's waist but Pamaus gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Davidson off to one side.
Pamaus gets caught napping as Davidson dives in and scores a takedown. Pamaus manages to retain guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pamaus is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Pamaus has his feet on Davidson's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Davidson fails to land the takedown.

Davidson moves in looking to clinch but Pamaus pushes him off.

Davidson tries to counter with a clinch but Pamaus shakes him off and moves away.

Pamaus looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Davidson blocks a low kick nicely.

Pamaus fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Davidson.

Davidson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pamaus tried to counter with a leg kick but Davidson avoided it.

Pamaus scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Davidson manages to mount him!
Pamaus is trying to escape the mount.
Pamaus is squirming around, avoiding Davidson's attempts to control the action.

Pamaus is trying desperately to improve position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Davidson wants to control the pace but Pamaus is squirming around nicely.
Pamaus sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Davidson lands a nice short elbow.
Pamaus is refusing to be controlled, as Davidson sits in half guard.
Davidson is controlling the pace.
Let's hope that Davidson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Pamaus cracks the inside of Davidson's front leg.
Davidson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Davidson shoots in for a takedown but Pamaus shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Davidson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Davidson shoots in and bounces Pamaus off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Davidson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pamaus is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Pamaus has his foot on Davidson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Davidson works his way back into a safe position though.
Davidson wants to control from the top but Pamaus keeps moving.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Pamaus connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Davidson's hands.
Pamaus is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Davidson can do to turn this around?

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Davidson cracks Pamaus with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Pamaus keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Davidson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pamaus defends well and Davidson ends up having to push Pamaus into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Aimo Pamaus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dustin Davidson.
Davidson shoots in but Pamaus avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Davidson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Davidson is rocked!
Davidson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Pamaus scoring well with a low kick there.
Davidson is still on wobbly legs! Can Pamaus finish him?
Davidson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Davidson is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Pamaus doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Davidson crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Davidson's bad books for that mishap!
